The Cantonal Tax Service (SCC) is responsible for assessing and collecting cantonal taxes and federal direct tax. Since October 1, 2023, the SCC has also been the taxing authority for the "capital gains tax".

- Processing of files relating to capital gains tax
- Drafting decisions on complaints
- Drafting of submissions for the courts (Cantonal and Federal Courts)
- Preparation of complex legal positions
- Legal monitoring and tracking of case law developments regarding capital gains tax
- Collaboration with estimators and other departments
- Master's degree in law
- Professional experience in public administration would be an asset
- Knowledge of the real estate market
- Good knowledge of common computer tools
- Writing skills
- Proficiency in French or German with a good knowledge of the other language
Note : This position is compatible with another activity. The assignment is for a period of one year with the possibility of a one-year extension.
